Humanities for the Environment
The Humanities for the Environment (HfE) global network consists of eight observatories anchored in the regions of Southern Africa, Asia-Pacific, Australia, the Circumpolar North, Europe, Latin America and North America. These observatories are piloting educational, research and societal engagement projects that foreground the indispensable contributions of knowledge and action that humanistic disciplines are called upon to make at a time when human activities are significantly reshaping the future conditions of life on Earth.
